El poder personal no consiste en controlar, sino en estar en contacto con las corrientes m\u00e1s profundas que nos llevan, incluso en tiempos de incertidumbre.<\/p>\n<p><strong>En esta formaci\u00f3n, le invitamos a:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>escucha las se\u00f1ales de tu cuerpo y tu retroalimentaci\u00f3n interna,<\/li>\n<li>Descubre c\u00f3mo tu historia personal determina tu experiencia de poder e impotencia,<\/li>\n<li>trabaja sobre tu mito vital y sus principales retos (aristas)<\/li>\n<li>conocer a los cr\u00edticos internos y las partes marginadas que influyen en tu resiliencia,<\/li>\n<li>explora c\u00f3mo tu poder puede fluir de forma m\u00e1s natural cuando sigues tu proceso,<\/li>\n<li>y experimentar c\u00f3mo los momentos de estancamiento y conflicto pueden abrir nuevos caminos para la conexi\u00f3n y la co-creaci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Juntos, nos moveremos entre el trabajo interior, el trabajo de relaci\u00f3n y las reflexiones en grupo, aprendiendo no de modelos fijos, sino de los procesos que se desarrollan en nosotros y entre nosotros. Este es un espacio para experimentar, escuchar profundamente y honrar tanto tus luchas como tu fuerza.<\/p>\n<p><strong>En \u00faltima instancia, es un viaje hacia la ancianidad -<br \/>\n<\/strong>la actitud de ponernos a nuestro lado con compasi\u00f3n y reconocer que todas nuestras partes -fuertes, vulnerables, visibles u ocultas- tienen un lugar y una voz.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Principales facilitadores<\/strong>: Devkos Bradley (Smith)\/DDI Kenia y Stephanie Bachmair \/B.ONFIRE Alemania<\/p>\n<p><strong>Acerca del trabajo por procesos:<br \/>\n<\/strong>El Trabajo de Proceso (o Democracia Profunda), desarrollado por Arnold Mindell, es un enfoque de la transformaci\u00f3n personal y colectiva basado en la toma de conciencia. Nos ense\u00f1a a seguir el proceso, confiando en que cada s\u00edntoma, cada conflicto y cada arista contienen informaci\u00f3n oculta necesaria para el cambio.
