{"id":7246,"date":"2025-02-17T10:52:26","date_gmt":"2025-02-17T10:52:26","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/test.iapop.com\/?page_id=7246"},"modified":"2025-02-17T10:54:11","modified_gmt":"2025-02-17T10:54:11","slug":"concerns-and-complaints","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"http:\/\/iapop.com\/fr\/concerns-and-complaints\/","title":{"rendered":"Pr\u00e9occupations et plaintes"},"content":{"rendered":"<h1 class=\"wp-block-post-title\">Pr\u00e9occupations et plaintes<\/h1>\n\n\n<p><strong>Voies d'acc\u00e8s pour les plaintes, les pr\u00e9occupations et les conflits<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L'IAPOP est une association internationale de praticiens de la psychologie orient\u00e9e vers le processus, qui s'associent gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des valeurs, une vision et des objectifs communs, ainsi qu'au soutien de la diversit\u00e9, de la cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9, des relations, de la recherche innovante, de l'apprentissage et de la pratique au sein de notre communaut\u00e9 professionnelle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les \u00e9coles de travail sur le processus affili\u00e9es \u00e0 l'IAPOP sont autonomes et autor\u00e9gul\u00e9es. Elles fonctionnent selon des normes communes qui ont \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9labor\u00e9es au sein du Conseil de formation avec la collaboration de toutes les \u00e9coles de niveau Dipl\u00f4me et adapt\u00e9es en fonction de la r\u00e9gion et du contexte. Le conseil d'administration de l'IAPOP est au service de la communaut\u00e9 internationale et de ses membres, et se concentre sur l'apprentissage, la recherche et le d\u00e9veloppement de la communaut\u00e9.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les membres de l'IAPOP sont des professionnels engag\u00e9s dans la recherche, l'apprentissage et la pratique de la D\u00e9mocratie profonde, du Process Work et du Worldwork. Ils ont suivi des programmes de formation rigoureux par le biais d'organisations affili\u00e9es \u00e0 l'IAPOP (lien vers les \u00e9coles du Conseil de formation).&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00a0En tant que praticiens du Processwork, notre objectif est de faciliter la prise de conscience, ce qui inclut les questions \u00e9thiques aux niveaux personnel, relationnel et collectif. <a href=\"https:\/\/iapop.com\/fr\/training-centers\/\">Tous les programmes de formation<\/a> affili\u00e9s \u00e0 l'IAPOP disposent de leur propre cadre \u00e9thique pour les enseignants, les \u00e9tudiants et les dipl\u00f4m\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Au fil des ans, plusieurs personnes ont fait part de leurs pr\u00e9occupations ou de leurs plaintes au conseil d'administration d'IAPOP. Le conseil d'administration d'IAPOP est un groupe de b\u00e9n\u00e9voles qui a trait\u00e9 chaque situation au cas par cas. En tant que b\u00e9n\u00e9voles, le conseil d'administration n'a pas la capacit\u00e9 ni, parfois, l'exp\u00e9rience n\u00e9cessaire pour traiter ces plaintes de la mani\u00e8re qu'elles requi\u00e8rent et qu'elles m\u00e9ritent. Cet historique a conduit le conseil d'administration (en consultation avec le conseil de la formation) \u00e0 actualiser son approche. Nous avons analys\u00e9 les exp\u00e9riences pass\u00e9es et, avec les recommandations du Conseil de la formation, nous avons cr\u00e9\u00e9 cette vue d'ensemble pour clarifier les diff\u00e9rentes voies vers la facilitation et la r\u00e9solution. Nous les partageons ci-dessous, dans l'espoir qu'elles vous aideront \u00e0 trouver la bonne direction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ce que vous pouvez faire :<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans les cas de pr\u00e9occupations, de plaintes et de conflits o\u00f9 les tentatives de faciliter une r\u00e9solution (du conflit ou de la plainte) n'ont pas encore abouti et o\u00f9 une action suppl\u00e9mentaire est souhait\u00e9e, le conseil d'administration de l'IAPOP recommande l'une des options suivantes :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1)&nbsp; &nbsp; <strong>Plainte individuelle<\/strong>:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vous pouvez utiliser cette proc\u00e9dure pour traiter et r\u00e9soudre les plaintes et les conflits dans le programme affili\u00e9 \u00e0 l'IAPOP o\u00f9 le praticien est impliqu\u00e9 en tant que membre du corps enseignant, dipl\u00f4m\u00e9 ou \u00e9tudiant. Chaque programme affili\u00e9 \u00e0 l'IAPOP dispose d'une proc\u00e9dure de d\u00e9ontologie, de traitement des plaintes et de r\u00e9solution des conflits. Nous vous sugg\u00e9rons de contacter cette \u00e9cole et de demander les coordonn\u00e9es du comit\u00e9 ou de la personne qui s'occupe de ces questions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2)&nbsp; &nbsp; <strong>Conflit entre les programmes de formation affili\u00e9s \u00e0 l'IAPOP<\/strong>:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si vos efforts pour r\u00e9soudre le probl\u00e8me n'aboutissent pas, nous vous sugg\u00e9rons de contacter les mentors de chacune des \u00e9coles en conflit ou de convenir d'un facilitateur externe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3)\u00a0 \u00a0 <strong>Conflit entre les membres de l'IAPOP :<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En s'appuyant sur le principe de facilitation de Processwork, l'IAPOP recommande de faire appel \u00e0 un ou plusieurs facilitateurs accept\u00e9s par les deux parties pour aider \u00e0 la r\u00e9solution du probl\u00e8me.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4)&nbsp; &nbsp; <strong>Plainte pour discrimination structurelle (racisme, sexisme, homophobie, transphobie, discrimination fond\u00e9e sur la capacit\u00e9 physique, religion, etc.)<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il peut y avoir une plainte contre un membre du corps enseignant ou une \u00e9cole qui implique une accusation de racisme ou d'autres formes de discrimination structurelle. La personne qui d\u00e9pose la plainte (qui peut \u00eatre un \u00e9tudiant ou un membre du corps enseignant) peut s'assurer qu'elle dispose d'un soutien interne et externe suffisant pour donner suite \u00e0 la plainte. Elle peut ensuite tenter de r\u00e9soudre le probl\u00e8me au sein de l'\u00e9cole elle-m\u00eame.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si cela s'av\u00e8re impossible (parce que l'on craint que le conflit ne s'\u00e9ternise ou que le plaignant ne subisse le m\u00eame pr\u00e9judice que celui qu'il essayait de combattre), l'IAPOP dispose d'un groupe de facilitateurs sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9s dans la facilitation de la discrimination structurelle, qui peuvent \u00eatre invit\u00e9s \u00e0 soutenir la facilitation de la plainte. Le Conseil de formation de l'IAPOP soutient le groupe de facilitateurs qui r\u00e9pondent aux besoins et offrent leurs services pour les plaintes de cette nature dans les \u00e9coles. Les membres du panel sont Anup Karia, Arlene Audergon, Errol Amerasekera et Lane Arye. Ils peuvent faire appel \u00e0 d'autres facilitateurs en fonction des besoins li\u00e9s \u00e0 des questions et des r\u00e9gions sp\u00e9cifiques.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les plaignants peuvent envoyer un courriel \u00e0 la personne charg\u00e9e de la gestion des plaintes au sein du conseil d'administration de l'IAPOP.
