Funguj\u00fa v r\u00e1mci spolo\u010dn\u00fdch \u0161tandardov, ktor\u00e9 boli vypracovan\u00e9 v Rade pre odborn\u00fa pr\u00edpravu v spolupr\u00e1ci so v\u0161etk\u00fdmi \u0161kolami na \u00farovni diplomu a prisp\u00f4soben\u00e9 pod\u013ea regi\u00f3nu a kontextu. Rada IAPOP sl\u00fa\u017ei medzin\u00e1rodnej komunite a jej \u010dlenom, pri\u010dom sa zameriava na vzdel\u00e1vanie, v\u00fdskum a budovanie komunity.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u010clenovia IAPOP s\u00fa profesion\u00e1lni praktici, ktor\u00ed sa venuj\u00fa v\u00fdskumu, vzdel\u00e1vaniu a praxi hlbokej demokracie, procesnej pr\u00e1ce a pr\u00e1ce vo svete a absolvovali n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00e9 vzdel\u00e1vacie programy prostredn\u00edctvom organiz\u00e1ci\u00ed pridru\u017een\u00fdch k IAPOP (odkaz na \u0161koly Rady pre vzdel\u00e1vanie).&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00a0Na\u0161\u00edm cie\u013eom ako odborn\u00edkov na pr\u00e1cu s procesmi je u\u013eah\u010di\u0165 uvedomenie, ktor\u00e9 zah\u0155\u0148a etick\u00e9 ot\u00e1zky na osobnej, vz\u0165ahovej a kolekt\u00edvnej \u00farovni. <a href=\"https:\/\/iapop.com\/sk\/training-centers\/\">V\u0161etky \u0161koliace programy<\/a> pridru\u017een\u00e9 k IAPOP maj\u00fa vlastn\u00fd etick\u00fd r\u00e1mec pre pedag\u00f3gov, \u0161tudentov a absolventov.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V priebehu rokov sa na radu IAPOP obr\u00e1tilo nieko\u013eko \u013eud\u00ed s obavami alebo s\u0165a\u017enos\u0165ami. Rada IAPOP je skupina dobrovo\u013en\u00edkov, ktor\u00ed rie\u0161ili ka\u017ed\u00fa situ\u00e1ciu individu\u00e1lne. Ke\u010f\u017ee ide o dobrovo\u013en\u00edkov, spr\u00e1vna rada nem\u00e1 kapacity a niekedy ani pr\u00edslu\u0161n\u00e9 sk\u00fasenosti na to, aby tieto s\u0165a\u017enosti rie\u0161ila sp\u00f4sobom, ktor\u00fd si vy\u017eaduj\u00fa a zasl\u00fa\u017eia. T\u00e1to hist\u00f3ria viedla spr\u00e1vnu radu (po konzult\u00e1cii s Radou pre odborn\u00fa pr\u00edpravu) k aktualiz\u00e1cii n\u00e1\u0161ho pr\u00edstupu. Analyzovali sme doteraj\u0161ie sk\u00fasenosti a na z\u00e1klade odpor\u00fa\u010dan\u00ed Rady pre odborn\u00fa pr\u00edpravu sme vytvorili tento preh\u013ead, aby sme objasnili r\u00f4zne sp\u00f4soby u\u013eah\u010denia a rie\u0161enia. Del\u00edme sa o ne ni\u017e\u0161ie v n\u00e1deji, \u017ee v\u00e1m posl\u00fa\u017eia na n\u00e1jdenie spr\u00e1vneho smeru.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u010co m\u00f4\u017eete urobi\u0165:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V pr\u00edpadoch ob\u00e1v, s\u0165a\u017enost\u00ed a konfliktov, ke\u010f pokusy o u\u013eah\u010denie rie\u0161enia (konfliktu alebo s\u0165a\u017enosti) zatia\u013e nefunguj\u00fa a je potrebn\u00e9 podnikn\u00fa\u0165 \u010fal\u0161ie kroky, odpor\u00fa\u010da rada IAPOP jednu z t\u00fdchto mo\u017enost\u00ed:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1)&nbsp; &nbsp; <strong>Individu\u00e1lna s\u0165a\u017enos\u0165<\/strong>:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tento proces m\u00f4\u017eete vyu\u017ei\u0165 na rie\u0161enie a vyrie\u0161enie s\u0165a\u017enost\u00ed a konfliktov v programe pridru\u017eenom k IAPOP, v ktorom je odborn\u00edk zapojen\u00fd ako \u010dlen fakulty, absolvent alebo \u0161tudent. Osoba, ktor\u00e1 pod\u00e1va s\u0165a\u017enos\u0165 (m\u00f4\u017ee to by\u0165 \u0161tudent alebo \u010dlen fakulty), sa m\u00f4\u017ee uisti\u0165, \u017ee m\u00e1 dostato\u010dn\u00fa intern\u00fa a extern\u00fa podporu na podanie s\u0165a\u017enosti. Potom sa m\u00f4\u017ee pok\u00fasi\u0165 vyrie\u0161i\u0165 probl\u00e9m v r\u00e1mci samotnej \u0161koly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ak to nie je mo\u017en\u00e9 (preto\u017ee existuje obava, \u017ee sa konflikt zacykl\u00ed, alebo sa s\u0165a\u017eovate\u013e stretne s rovnakou ujmou, ak\u00fa sa sna\u017eil rie\u0161i\u0165), IAPOP m\u00e1 skupinu facilit\u00e1torov so \u0161pecializovan\u00fdmi znalos\u0165ami v oblasti facilit\u00e1cie \u0161truktur\u00e1lnej diskrimin\u00e1cie, ktor\u00fdch mo\u017eno prizva\u0165 na podporu facilit\u00e1cie s\u0165a\u017enosti. Rada pre vzdel\u00e1vanie IAPOP podporuje panel facilit\u00e1torov, ktor\u00ed reaguj\u00fa na potrebu a pon\u00fakaj\u00fa svoje slu\u017eby pre s\u0165a\u017enosti tohto druhu v r\u00e1mci \u0161k\u00f4l. \u010clenmi panelu s\u00fa Anup Karia, Arlene Audergon, Errol Amerasekera a Lane Arye.
