Es verbindet die Unmittelbarkeit des Worldwork-Gruppenprozesses (Depp-Demokratie-Moderation) mit dem Reflexionsraum des Schreibens, gefolgt von einer Einladung an ein breiteres Publikum, hier auf substack mitzumachen.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Wir werden nun in eine n\u00e4chste Runde gehen. Es sind noch ein paar Pl\u00e4tze frei. Interessiert?<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ausgangspunkt des Prozesses ist eine zweist\u00fcndige\u00a0<strong>virtuelle Sitzung<\/strong> mit einer weltweit verteilten Gruppe von etwa 15 Personen. Wir werden einen moderierten Raum f\u00fcr die Sortierung des Themas und einen Gruppenprozess er\u00f6ffnen, der dann in individuelle Schreibanregungen m\u00fcndet. Diese Aufforderungen werden die n\u00e4chste Stufe eines umfassenderen Dialogs einleiten. Sie werden online gestellt, wo unsere Gruppe den Prozess weiterf\u00fchren kann.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dann werden wir andere als Leser und\/oder Co-Autoren einladen, sich an der Konversation zu beteiligen. Wir werden dies hier auf Substack tun, einer Plattform f\u00fcr freie Journalisten\/Alltagsschreiber\". Wir sind f\u00fcr jeden Beitrag dankbar, denn er bereichert unsere Gespr\u00e4che und unterst\u00fctzt das Wachstum dieser zarten Pflanze.<\/p>\n<h3>Initiatoren dieses Raums<\/h3>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Stephanie Bachmair<\/strong>\u00a0(B.ONFIRE\/DD Alliance) ist eine Kommunikationsenthusiastin, Moderatorin, F\u00fchrungscoach und Diplomatin f\u00fcr Prozessarbeit. Sie unterst\u00fctzt Einzelpersonen, Teams und Organisationen dabei, ihre Geschichten zu erforschen und zu gestalten, sie wirkungsvoll zu erz\u00e4hlen, sich auf ihr Publikum zu beziehen und ihre transformative Kraft durch Dialog zu steigern.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Penny Watson<\/strong> (MACF) arbeitet als Coach, Gruppenmoderatorin und Gemeindeentwicklerin. Sie liebt es, mit Menschen in der Natur zu arbeiten und dabei prozessorientierte, erdbasierte Praktiken anzuwenden. Sie lebt in Mparntwe, Alice Springs, und ist von den Menschen und dem Land in der zentralaustralischen W\u00fcste zutiefst inspiriert.
