Konflikt auf der B\u00fchne: <\/strong><em>\u00dcben Sie, Spannungen weise zu nutzen, um sich in Verbindung zu setzen und gemeinsam etwas zu schaffen.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Es gibt Konflikte - in Teams, Beziehungen und in der Gesellschaft.<\/p>\n<p>In diesem Seminar wird der Konflikt als lebendiger Beziehungsprozess erforscht, indem er auf die B\u00fchne gebracht wird. Durch verk\u00f6rperte Praktiken entwickeln die TeilnehmerInnen Bewusstsein, Pr\u00e4senz und die F\u00e4higkeit, in Momenten der Spannung und Differenz verbunden zu bleiben.<\/p>\n<p>Wo immer Menschen aufeinander treffen, gibt es Konflikte - sichtbare Meinungsverschiedenheiten ebenso wie subtile Spannungen, unausgesprochene Gef\u00fchle und polarisierte Positionen. Oft bleiben diese Dynamiken verborgen oder werden indirekt ausgetragen, was Verbindung und Verst\u00e4ndnis einschr\u00e4nkt. In diesem Seminar bringen wir den Konflikt auf die B\u00fchne - nicht um ihn aufzuf\u00fchren, sondern um mit ihm zu arbeiten. Indem wir den Spannungen durch Drama, Bewegung und Erforschung von Beziehungen eine Form geben, wird der Konflikt sichtbar, greifbar und offen f\u00fcr Reflexion.<\/p>\n<p>Die Teilnehmer erkunden, wie sich Konflikte durch Rollen, Machtdynamik, Projektionen und innere Widerspr\u00fcche entfalten. Wir konzentrieren uns auf die Entwicklung eines Bewusstseins f\u00fcr die eigenen Muster des Engagements und der Vermeidung sowie auf die Bereitschaft zur Konfliktarbeit.
