Ces transformations nous concernent tous. Elles soul\u00e8vent la question des m\u00e9thodes appropri\u00e9es pour faciliter les processus de transformation en cours dans nos communaut\u00e9s et nos organisations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette conf\u00e9rence de trois jours a pour but de cr\u00e9er un forum pour les repr\u00e9sentants des diff\u00e9rentes m\u00e9thodes durables et de cr\u00e9er ainsi un effet de signal : Nous pensons qu'il existe d\u00e9j\u00e0 des m\u00e9thodes pratiques tr\u00e8s concr\u00e8tes et utiles qui pourraient se compl\u00e9ter et s'am\u00e9liorer mutuellement. Ainsi, au cours de la conf\u00e9rence, des personnalit\u00e9s internationales des domaines du d\u00e9veloppement organisationnel, de la psychologie et du travail sur les conflits pr\u00e9sentent leurs m\u00e9thodes et introduisent les participants \u00e0 des applications pratiques possibles. L'ordre mondial s'effondre, les foss\u00e9s socio-\u00e9conomiques se creusent et les modes de vie se m\u00e9langent de plus en plus. Des valeurs, des cultures et des visions du monde apparemment incompatibles se heurtent, les mod\u00e8les de r\u00f4le traditionnels se d\u00e9sagr\u00e8gent et doivent \u00eatre ren\u00e9goci\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La question de savoir comment faciliter la transformation et le changement social devient de plus en plus cruciale dans de nombreux endroits : Dans la sph\u00e8re publique, dans la politique, dans les institutions et les organisations sociales. Les effets d'une facilitation inad\u00e9quate sont devenus plus co\u00fbteux et plus effrayants. En d'autres termes, il faut des m\u00e9thodes et des strat\u00e9gies qui permettent aux gens de g\u00e9rer de mani\u00e8re constructive les tensions, les r\u00e9sistances, les peurs et les conflits. Le d\u00e9fi d'apprendre \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper et \u00e0 appliquer des m\u00e9thodes durables pour g\u00e9rer les tensions sociales nous concerne tous : en tant que citoyens, en tant que travailleurs et dirigeants d'entreprises, en tant que membres d'\u00e9quipes et de familles et en tant qu'individus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Vision de la conf\u00e9rence<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Avec cette conf\u00e9rence, nous cr\u00e9ons un forum afin de mieux faire conna\u00eetre les m\u00e9thodes durables de gestion des processus de transformation et de les rendre plus utiles \u00e0 un public int\u00e9ress\u00e9. En r\u00e9unissant des personnalit\u00e9s internationales qui s'occupent des d\u00e9fis sociaux de notre \u00e9poque, nous apportons une contribution durable au d\u00e9veloppement des forces cr\u00e9atives dans ce domaine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Organisation<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La conf\u00e9rence est organis\u00e9e par l'IPA (Institute for Process Work Zurich) et l'IAPOP (International Society for Process-oriented Psychology). Le Process Work repr\u00e9sente la m\u00e9thode Worldwork, une m\u00e9thode de facilitation et une th\u00e9orie pour g\u00e9rer le changement social. En tant qu'h\u00f4te de cette conf\u00e9rence, nous sommes int\u00e9ress\u00e9s par la recherche de synergies, l'\u00e9change de savoir-faire et le soutien de visions et d'initiatives globales afin de les d\u00e9velopper et de les rendre utiles pour des applications sp\u00e9cifiques.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Groupes cibles<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La conf\u00e9rence s'adresse aux professionnels et aux autres participants qui s'int\u00e9ressent \u00e0 la question de savoir comment vivre et travailler ensemble aujourd'hui et comment g\u00e9rer les tensions et les conflits sociaux actuels.
