Dream Lab \u2013 A Space for Night Dream Exploration<\/strong><\/p>\n

Dreams speak in images, sensations, and moods. Some linger long after we wake up, asking to be met again.<\/p>\n

Dream Lab<\/strong> is a monthly experiential space for people who want to explore their night dreams together<\/strong>, in a supportive, curious, and respectful environment. Rather than interpreting dreams from the outside, we approach them as living processes<\/strong> that want to be felt, embodied, and related to.<\/p>\n

The work draws on Process-Oriented Dreamwork<\/strong>, yet no prior experience is required. Through dialogue, body awareness, role exploration, and relationship, we follow the dream itself and allow it to show what it needs.<\/p>\n

The Dream Lab is not a supervision group.<\/strong> It is a learning and experience space focused on your own dreaming life<\/strong>\u2014 playful, deep, and grounded in presence.<\/p>\n

Who it is for<\/strong>: For anyone who wants to engage with dreams as a living, meaningful process \u2014 no prior training required.<\/p>\n
