Group Process Fridays in Athens

For the last few years, we have been holding Group Process Fridays once a month, in Athens, Greece. These are announced on our website and attended by members of the community. Each month we focus on a specific issue and try to unfold the roles in the field.

This year we have focused so far on issues like ‘Immigration’, ‘The Privilege of Health’, ‘Transgendered People’, ‘The Wounds of Education’. We still have ahead our meetings on ‘The Despair of  Corruption’, ‘LGBT Families’, and ‘Christians And Muslims in Greece’.

The facilitation role is occupied by one of the Process Work Greece team members at a time: Lily Vassiliou, Lena Alsanidou, Alexandra Vassiliou, Vassiliki Katrivanou, and Nancy Papathanasiou.

These gatherings have given a voice to the field and an opportunity for interaction between different sides. They remain one of our favorite activities at the Process Work Center in Athens, and also become an opportunity for the community to come together and socialize afterward in a near by taverna.
