SUMMARY:Dream Lab – A Space for Night Dream Exploration by B.ONFIRE
DESCRIPTION:Dream Lab – A Space for Night Dream Exploration \nDreams speak in images\, sensations\, and moods. Some linger long after we wake up\, asking to be met again. \nDream Lab is a monthly experiential space for people who want to explore their night dreams together\, in a supportive\, curious\, and respectful environment. Rather than interpreting dreams from the outside\, we approach them as living processes that want to be felt\, embodied\, and related to. \nThe work draws on Process-Oriented Dreamwork\, yet no prior experience is required. Through dialogue\, body awareness\, role exploration\, and relationship\, we follow the dream itself and allow it to show what it needs. \nThe Dream Lab is not a supervision group. It is a learning and experience space focused on your own dreaming life— playful\, deep\, and grounded in presence. \nWho it is for: For anyone who wants to engage with dreams as a living\, meaningful process — no prior training required. \n👉 You can join session by session or book the full year (discounted annual rate available). \nFacilitators: Stephanie Bachmair\, Zbyszek Milunski\, and Martin Hemsley \nDates: Every 3rd Saturday of the Months throughout 2026; \n\nMarch 21st\nApril 18th\nMay 26th\nJune 20th\nJuly 18th\nAugust 15th\nSeptember 19th\nOctober 17th\nNovember 21st\nDecember 19th\n\nTime: (8am-9amCET / 5pm-6pm AEST) \nCost: 15 Euros \nScholarships Available \n  \n

SUMMARY:Welcome To Life As It Is! Discovering the beauty of a complex world in everyday life experiences: DDI Thailand
DESCRIPTION:Welcome To Life As It Is! Discovering the beauty of a complex world in everyday life experiences\n\nVenue: St Gabriel’s Foundation of Thailand\, Thong lor 25\, Bangkok \nhttps://share.google/2Fi7evvoDkz71KUY8 \nDate: Sat-Sun 25-26 April\, 2026 \nTime: 10.00-17.00 \nContact: lynn dot chalobon at gmail dot com \nFee: 5\,600 baht *Please inquire about scholarships \nLanguage: Slow English and Thai translate when necessary or requested \nSee our facebook page: DDI Thailand \nWhat is this seminar about? \nWhen we imagine life as a wild garden tending to itself\, not only a series of problems to be solved\, we may discover amidst the “weeds” of our lives\, the conflicts\, the pains\, the interruptions\, a nutrient-rich soil. Any garden is affected by weather. At times we get caught in the weather\, we might fight the weather\, we can decide to stay home\, we can play around in it\,  and we might discover a ray of sunshine after a storm. \nThis seminar offers learning tools to grow from\, based on an attitude of welcoming life as it is. This attitude is at the heart of Process Work’s deep democracy\, an attitude and practice for navigating personal and collective experiences. The practices at the seminar are meant as tools in discovering the hidden symmetry and beauty between inner and outer life situations\, even those that may appear chaotic. \nMindell\, founder of Process Work developed a unique approach to listening to the “undercurrents” of reality. He differentiated three simultaneous worlds of experience that we move through: dealing in the material world\, navigating our emotional life and accessing our dreaming – our deepest aspirations that give life meaning. \nThe “all-weather” practices at this workshop develop awareness in the flow between these worlds. Here\, every disturbance is a doorway to a deeper version of ourselves and our community. What seems to disrupt us can also contain a hidden flower for our garden to bloom. \nThis seminar is a living laboratory for awareness – a taste of the foundations of Process Work. We will explore how our private inner feelings and the outer world are connected\, and bring to life the ancient wisdom that awareness in ourselves can help the world around us. \nWelcome To Life As It Is! A learning space for trying out some all-weather tools using your unique style and life situation. \nWhat will happen?  \nEach day we will practice an inner work tool and an outer tool that you can apply straight away in your life \nDay 1: Decoding inner weather signals to facilitate my inner garden  \nIn Mindell’s Dreambody concept\, our bodies and our dreaming are connected. Unfolding body experiences  with process-oriented awareness\, can offer new possibilities for everyday life situations across a wide spectrum of life situations. \nDay 2: Decoding collective weather signals to facilitate the collective garden  \nWe shift our focus to Mindell’s Worldwork and energetic social field theory. We will introduce a collective approach for engaging with social and community issues. We will learn to frame and unfold a polarisation on a given theme of mutual interest. In getting to know diverse roles and cultural influences that are present and felt\, but often hidden we may gain a new  appreciation for the complexity and beauty within a difficult situation. \nOur learning approach:  \nShort presentations\, group discussion\, live demonstrations of practices and guided exercises\, exercise practice with a partner\, large group processes on a topic of collective relevance. \nYes! to a symptom. Yes! to a disturbance. Yes! to Life!  When we give life as it is a chance to reveal its wisdom\, we open a door to invite inner wholeness as a way of being. We look forward to learning together! \nMeet the Facilitators: \nDDI Thailand faculty: Lynn Chalobon\, Joe Pluemjit; Bo Winitra; Numthip Ketsumpan. \nGuest facilitator: Julia Wolfson \nJulia is a facilitator and coach\, and lifelong student of Process Work.  She works and teaches internationally with leaders\, teams and learning communities navigating complex transitions and group dynamics\, especially in education\, care and residential support communities. \nhttps://deepdemocracydiploma.com \nhttps://deepdemocracyalliance.com \nwww.turningforward.org

This retreat includes:\n• An intensive introductory day to process work: master classes\, games\, and practices.\n• A three-day A five-day intensive surrounded by the Caucasus Mountains and expansive skies\, where we will gather to explore love and loss as two sides of the same living feeling. This retreat includes:\n• An intensive introductory day to process work: master classes\, games\, and practices.\n• A three-day seminar by Claire and Mark on the nature of love\, pain\, forgiveness\, and hope.\n• Integration work in small groups — to translate the experience into personal discoveries and inner movements. \nSchedule\nJune 10 — Intensive “Introduction to the Process Approach”\nFacilitators: Tatiana Shipulina\, Lydia Smal\, Yulia Pritchina\n• Before lunch: Check-in. Getting acquainted. Introduction to process work — ideas\, methods\, inspiration\n•    After lunch: Introduction to process work\, process games — practices and physical experiments to immerse yourself in the atmosphere of living research\nJune 11–13 — Seminar “Love and Loss” with Claire Hill and Mark O’Connell\nLove and loss are profound\, inevitable human experiences that contain both vulnerability and strength. We explore them through a process approach — a method based on respect for the multi-layered nature of experience: from bodily sensations to dreams\, from everyday situations to transcendent states.\nProcess work allows us to look beyond the familiar story\, to find hidden impulses of life even in pain\, to hear the voice of the body\, the subconscious\, rhythm\, and ritual.\nIn this seminar\, we will explore together:\n• how we experience love and loss — in the body\, in speech\, in dreams\, in field contact\,\n• how grief can become a portal to the unknown\,\n• and how group support and awareness help to accommodate the impossible.\nContent and approach \nThis is not therapy in the classical sense\, but a living research group where each participant can move at their own pace\, be seen and heard. We will draw on key elements of the process approach:\n• Working with the edge: exploring the boundary where personal history becomes a field of transformation\n•     Body signals: attention to micro-movements\, somatics\, breathing\, nonverbal reactions\n• Imagery and dream work: what cannot be expressed in words can be told through images\n• Field consciousness: recognizing that we are more connected than we think\n•     Working with roles and subpersonalities: exploring inner figures such as the One Who Holds On and the One Who Lets Go \nSeminar topics:\n• The nature of love—how it manifests in our bodies and in the field\n• Losses: partners\, health\, meaning\, familiar identities\n•    The presence of spirit alongside pain\n• Grief as a personal and collective experience\n• What does it mean to “let go” — and is it possible not to hold on?\n• Defense mechanisms: fear of loving again\, fear of losing again\n•    Transition from grief to transformation\, creativity\, connection\nJune 15 — Integration in small groups\nFacilitators: Tatiana\, Lydia\, and Julia\n• We help participants make sense of\, reflect on\, and deepen their experience of the seminar\, and outline further steps and ways of providing internal support.seminar by Claire and Mark on the nature of love\, pain\, forgiveness\, and hope.\n• Integration work in small groups — to translate the experience into personal discoveries and inner movements.
