CFOR Force for Change https://www.cfor.info/
CFOR facilitates and trains facilitators, and refers to the ‘force of community’.
We partner with local organisations to gather and facilitate interactions, in which diverse communities grapple with accountability, the persisting impact of past and current injustice, and build pathways forward together. We facilitate community forums and train facilitators in the UK, Rwanda and Ukraine. We also document our work in film, articles and case studies, in order to demonstrate the potential contribution of facilitated community dialogue to peace-building and transitional justice.
