I work with individuals, couples, groups and organisations. I have been seeing clients since 2010. I'm a faculty member of the German and UK Process Work schools. My pronouns are they/them.

Areas of specialisation include: Trauma, abuse, sexuality, gender identity, queerness, parenting, conflict facilitation, couples work, work around racism, whiteness, embodiment and privilege, sex positive/ sex critical, kink aware

What I so love about Processwork is the valuing and welcoming of all of who we are. With that spirit it is possible to meet even the most painful experiences and gain new understanding and insight.
I have been running trainings in conflict facilitation, communication and leadership for over 10 years.
I am deeply excited by the human spirit and the many shapes and expressions we come in.
My work is motivated by the desire to support people and groups to connect to their deepest myth in order to become more of themselves.

Heike works in private practice as a psychotherapist, as a Process Work teacher and coach and community facilitator. She is constantly astounded and amazed by the magic and deep transformation that happens when people’s processes are lovingly and attentively followed, and the depth of wisdom each of us has, is accessed. She loves being in nature, surfing, community, gardening and has relatively recently discovered that for her life is all about Connecting - with herself, something much bigger than her, community and nature.

Synthesising her experience as an organisational development consultant, executive coach and mediator Rho introduces dynamic approaches to working with individuals, teams and large groups that meet clients ‘where they’re at’. Committed to following the client’s needs and experience, rather than relying on static methods and techniques, she has a forensic interest in the transformative process in action.

Rho delivers advanced skill development programs for OD, HR and ADR practitioners. She has trained thousands of individuals as coaches and embedded coaching to support culture change within health and tertiary education sectors.

Rho holds a Masters in Organisational Change and Conflict Facilitation (PWI, USA) and Masters of Cognitive Science (UNSW). Drawing on her graduate studies, Rho brings a refined understanding of the influence of power, rank and diversity on the development and escalation of conflict. She has facilitated interpersonal, team and volatile social conflicts in Australia, Europe and the USA.

Tanja counsels individuals in private practice, supervises teams and ngo´s and organisational projects, and facilitates conflicts and group processes since 2007. Together with her husband Dr Achim Goeres she is director of the Hanuman Institute Berlin and of the board of ProTiDe e.V., an association for the promotion of Deep Democracy in Germany.
Tanja initially studied process work under Sebastian Elsaesser in Stuttgart 2004-2007 and then undertook the diploma course at the Institute for Process Work in Zurich between 2007-2011. She has further education in Focusing therapy (by Eugene T. Gendlin) and trauma therapy with Angelika Kopec?y (Director of Focusing Institut Berlin). Tanja is studying with Elsa Wolliaston, the a most highly recognized teacher in African dance and body awareness since 2002.
At the Hanuman Institute together with Achim she has established a three-year programme in N-Process® Facilitation and Coaching based on processwork. Introducing Processwork in the field of Univsities has always been strongly within her focus. Within the last years she has collected broad experience how to deal with mainstream perspectives and how to adopte languages and theory of Processwork to academic mainstream. She offers intercultural and interdisciplinary courses in conflict resolution, team building, leadership skills, and inner competencies based on process work at different universities in Germany. She also teaches inner competencies and metaskills at World Peace Academy at University of Basel.

Tanja studied at the universities of Zurich (CH) and Bielefeld (D) and graduated with a Ph.D. in History from Sussex University (GB). She has published five books and many articles on anti-Semitism research and memoirs of the Holocaust, on the Nazi period, Jewish history, Swiss and German history of the 20th Century as well as on women's history.
On the basis of her training as an historian and the knowledge of deep-reaching transgenerational consequences of collective experiences of trauma Tanja conducts historical and process-oriented workshops on family history for people of second and third generation after National Socialism and the Holocaust. She supports people to overcome the transgenerational effects and trauma of that time. Together with Polish colleagues, in 2011 she initiated an intercultural group with whom she explores the heritage of Polish-German relations.
She feels at home in intercultural contexts, drawing on her experiences in relation to rank and gender dynamics and with the knowledge that a good sense of humour is an important resource (provided by improvisation theatre). For many years she has learned Creative African Dance under Elsa Wolliaston, allowing her a deep encounter with herself. The longing for completeness and being one with oneself is marking another trail in her life. In this, placing trust in the longing for fulfilment as well as in the soul’s wisdom is both engine and anchor at once.
