“Dare to Meet” is a three-day seminar rooted in the Deep Democracy / process-work tradition. It’s designed to support individuals in dealing with conflict, difference, tension — whether internally or socially — by cultivating clarity, grounded presence, and conscious dialogue.

Participants are invited to explore and transform conflict — not by suppressing or ignoring it, but by approaching it as an opportunity for deeper connection, new perspectives, and co-creative future vision. Through group work, dialogue and facilitation practices, the seminar aims to help people hold and navigate polarities, differences, and tensions in a way that fosters understanding, presence, and collective intelligence rather than avoidance or polarization.

It is well suited for people who see themselves as pioneers, changemakers, facilitators, coaches — or anyone wanting to deepen their capacity for relational presence, conflict transformation, and conscious leadership in groups or organizations.
