Inner tools help us know when it’s time to take a bus, an underpass or spread your wings and fly! You can try to borrow someone else’s toolkit, but at some point you may find it is easier, more fun and nourishing to curate your own! Remember how you grew up from a child to an adult. You may not know but you made it! At this seminar, each participant will be able to curate a unique inner tool kit to support your navigation powers

This two day in person Dreambody seminar is an experiential leadership training for pioneers, coaches, and changemakers. It uses the “dreambody” concept from process-work to explore how the body’s subtle signals and energy patterns hold valuable insight. Through embodied group work and somatic awareness, participants aim to unlock inner resources, creativity, and relational capacity — supporting personal growth and organisational impact. The seminar is for everybody interested in embodied leadership, process work, personal growth and organizational impact.

“Dare to Meet” is a 3-day Deep Democracy seminar by B.ONFIRE in Hamburg for people interested in transforming conflict through conscious dialogue. It helps participants learn how to navigate differences and tensions with awareness and presence — turning conflict into opportunities for connection, vision, and collective change.
Facilitators: Stephanie Bachmair (DE) and Gabrysia Basiuk (PL)

Conflict is happening — in teams, relationships, and society. This seminar explores conflict as a living, relational process by bringing it onto the “stage.” Through embodied, dramatic, and playful practices, participants develop awareness, presence, and the ability to stay connected in moments of tension and difference.

This seminar offers an introduction to process work and invites participants to work with the challenges and joys of life from a place of intention, presence, and connection to the deeper processes shaping our lives. This will be experienced through linking X and U dynamics between dreams, body symptoms, group dynamics, and world work.

A short sharp learning opportunity that covers how to address tension; build your confidence, recognize where to intervene and find your own version of what to say.

This seminar offers learning tools to grow from, based on an attitude of welcoming life as it is. This attitude is at the heart of Process Work’s deep democracy, an attitude and practice for navigating personal and collective experiences. The practices at the seminar are meant as tools in discovering the hidden symmetry and beauty between inner and outer life situations, even those that may appear chaotic.
